All in One Bundle / France & International Minutes (“offer”) allowances are for calls and texts from France to other France numbers and for calls to international locations stated on the website and for mobile internet usage in mainland France. In order to take advantage of the bundle or offer you must accept all of these terms and conditions
This offer is only applicable to customers with a French Vectone Mobile number.
Allowances & validity: Allowances are valid for 15 days (mini bundle) or 30 days (other bundles) from the date of purchase. Any remaining allowance validity period will not be carried over into the next validity period.
Roaming within the European Union: calls within the EU zone will be deducted from your allowance, or charged as per our applicable standard tariffs beyond your allowance.
National calls are charged per second. International calls are charged per minute.
* Pakistan Mobilink : Each minute will be deducted twice, when the customer calls to Pakistan Mobilink operator.(For example if you spend an hour on the phone you will lose two hours worth of minutes) This does not apply to calls to other operators in Pakistan.
Calls made within the France to either local, national, geographic or non-geographic numbers will be billed on a per second basis.
Outside of bundle usage: Calling minutes (national or international), SMSs, and data used outside of the bundle will be charged at the standard rates as published on the Vectone FR website.
Rounding up: Calls are rounded up to the nearest minute for calculation.
Online customer: Where offers are limited to online customers this is defined as a Vectone customer who bought their SIM online from the Vectone website after 1 November 2015 and last topped up online at the Vectone website, using a Credit or Debit Card.
New customer: Where offers are limited to new customers this is defined as a Vectone customer who has bought their SIM online from the Vectone website within the stated offer date.
Promotional credit: Credit which Vectone has given to customers for free (Promotional Credit) cannot be used towards purchasing a bundle.
Customers who, before the expiration of the 30 days period, opt for different bundles within the same bundle group, shall lose the possibly leftover allowance of the former bundle, being granted of the allowance relevant to the newly opted bundle for the next 30 days period
Customer ackowledges and agrees that the auto-renewal function will renew the Bundle at the end of its validity period and that the subscription renewal Price will be deducted from the Customer account balance. Please ensure that your account has sufficient funds. To cancel the auto-renewal feature, dial *8160# before the renewal date and follow the instructions.
