Pay as you go: Please wait for our confirmation message when selecting a bundle or having your bundles renewed. This will ensure that the bundle is active.
Credit transfer amount cannot be used to purchase any Bundles.
Data Bundle (“offer”) allowances are for mobile internet usage in France.
This offer is only applicable to customers with a French Vectone Mobile number.
Allowances & validity: Allowances are valid for the period stated in the bundle. Any remaining allowance will not be carried over into the next period.
Outside of bundle usage: Data used outside of the bundle will be charged at the standard rates as published on the Vectone FR website.
Online customer: Where offers are limited to online customer this is defined as a Vectone customer who bought their SIM online from the Vectone website after 1 November 2015 and last topped up online at the Vectone website, using a Credit or Debit Card.
New customer: Where offers are limited to new customers this is defined as a Vectone customer who has bought their SIM online from the Vectone website within the stated offer date.
Promotional credit: Credit which Vectone has given to customers for free (Promotional Credit) cannot be used towards purchasing a bundle.
Tethering: Customers should note that Vectone does not offer data tethering

Bundle Vouchers: Any bundles subscribed via Bundle Vouchers are Non Refundable.
Customers who, before the expiration of the 30 days period, opt for different bundles within the same bundle group, shall lose the possibly leftover allowance of the former bundle, being granted of the allowance relevant to the newly opted bundle for the next 30 days period.
Roaming within the European Union: data usage in the EU zone will be deducted from your allowance.
