Activation & renewal

• Please wait for a confirmation message to ensure that the bundle is active when subscribing to a bundle or having a bundle renewed.
• Customers who, before the expiration of the 30 days period, opt for different bundles within the same bundle group, shall lose the possibly leftover allowance of the former bundle, being granted of the allowance relevant to the newly opted bundle for the next 30 days period.
• Customer ackowledges and agrees that the auto-renewal function will renew the Bundle at the end of its validity period and that the subscription renewal Price will be deducted from the Customer account balance. Please ensure that your account has sufficient funds. To cancel the auto-renewal feature, dial *8160# before the renewal date and follow the instructions.

EU Roaming allowance will be automatically adjusted based on the usage of your home bundle.

• Calls made within the France to either local, national, geographic or non-geographic numbers will be billed on a per second basis.
• Promotional credit: Credit which Vectone has given to customers for free (Promotional Credit) cannot be used towards purchasing a bundle.
• Call credit transfer: Call credit transfer amount cannot be used to purchase any Bundle(s).
• The quoted price for the bundle/package refers to the price to be effectively paid by you.
• When you subscribe the Bundle/Package, we will deduct the appropriate proportional amount to quoted price as we give on the top up.
• The Inclusive Minutes of the Bundle can be used for voice calls from Vectone mobile to any Albania PLUS Network.
• This bundle is for 30 days from the date of activation.
• 20% of your data allowance can be used for tethering.
• EU Roaming : Where your bundle includes an allowance as per fair usage policy for “EU Roaming” then your usage (for calls, SMS and Data) whilst roaming within the EU, will be deducted from that allowance then you’ll be charged for your EU Roaming (for calls, SMS and Data) usage (subject to available prepaid balance in your account) the EU Roaming charges. EU Roaming allowance will be automatically adjusted based on the usage of your home bundle.
• This collection is intended for non-commercial, private and personal use- Vectone Mobile reserves the right to withdraw its services or terminate the call without prior consultation and with immediate effect if we suspect that this offering will be used for commercial purposes, meetings or when there is no use of a device (such as a SIM box), or when using tethering or any other reason which Vectone suspect is not acted in accordance with the terms of which we suspect that illegal mode is handled (eg in case of abusive, unusual or fraudulent conduct).
